Do I need HYROX experience to participate?
No experience needed. This is an entry point, perfect for beginners and equally valuable for athletes who want to build confidence and skill.
What will we do during the OTH session?
Athletes will move through a structured workout designed to increase VO2 capacity and stamina. We will incorporate HYROX movements during the session as well as other supportive movements.
What is the goal?
The goal is to learn, move, and have a great experience while building endurance and confidence. If you are training for a HYROX race or just want a great workout, this is for you.
What is HYROX?
HYROX is a fitness competition that combines functional exercises and running. Participants complete a series of workouts at designated stations, preceeded by a running segment.Text
